释义	法律分析：结婚证是没有办法撤销的，也就是说，当你们领了结婚证的那一刻起，你们就形成了婚姻关系，在你们的户口本和民政局的档案里，就有了婚姻记录。法律客观：《婚姻登记条例》第九条因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的当事人依据婚姻法第十一条的规定向婚姻登记机关请求撤销其婚姻的，应当出具下列证明材料：(一)本人的身份证、结婚证；(二)能够证明受胁迫结婚的证明材料。婚姻登记机关经审查认为受胁迫结婚的情况属实且不涉及子女抚养、财产及债务问题的，应当撤销该婚姻，宣告结婚证作废。
