释义	法律分析: 当事人要将债务转让的，可以与受让人签订相应的转让协议，转让的时候必须取得债权人的同意，否则该转让行为无效。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人没有作出表示的，就视为不同意。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
