释义	法律分析：无关。离婚是解除夫妻双方间的婚姻关系，并不改变子女和父母之间的关系。除非离婚时约定将夫妻共同财产赠与子女，否则子女与共同财产分割、债务承担均无关。离婚后，婚姻关系解除，婚姻关系存续期间的财产需要分割，但是只会在夫妻之间进行。子女对于父母的财产没有当然的共有关系，只有在父母去世后，子女才有权通过继承的方式取得。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
