释义	法律分析：债务转让需要债权人的同意。法律规定，债务人将合同的义务全部或部份转移给第三方，应当经债权人同意。未经债权人同意的债务转让，不发生法律效力，债权人要求债务人履行义务的，债务人仍需履行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十条因债权转让增加的履行费用，由让与人负担。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
