释义	法律分析：当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。未经双方协商一致，任何无权私自更改合同，更改的部分无效，按原合同执行。在协商变更合同的情况下，变更合同的协议必须符合民事法律行为的有效要件，任何一方不得采取欺诈、胁迫的方式来欺骗或强制他方当事人变更合同。如果变更合同的协议不能成立或不能生效，则当事人仍然应按原合同的内容履行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
