释义	依据我国广告法的规定，消费者以现电视播放的广告存在虚假行为的，可以到工商管理部门进行举报投诉。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国广告法》第五十三条任何单位或者个人有权向工商行政管理部门和有关部门投诉、举报违反本法的行为。工商行政管理部门和有关部门应当向社会公开受理投诉、举报的电话、信箱或者电子邮件地址，接到投诉、举报的部门应当自收到投诉之日起七个工作日内，予以处理并告知投诉、举报人。
