释义	法律分析: 农民工工资专用账户资金是指有关单位在银行业金融机构开设的农民工工资专用账户中存储的专项用于支付为本项目提供劳动的农民工工资的资金。农民工工资专用账户资金可以被查封、冻结，但查封、冻结的原因必须是支付为本项目提供劳动的农民工工资。法律依据: 《保障农民工工资支付条例》第三十三条除法律另有规定外，农民工工资专用账户资金和工资保证金不得因支付为本项目提供劳动的农民工工资之外的原因被查封、冻结或者划拨。
