释义	法律分析：违法，劳动法规定，工资按月发放。当月发放上月的工资是可以的，但是跨月就违法；如果公司拖欠工资，劳动都可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位期限发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金；工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
