释义	法律分析：合同章一般代表合同的效力，单位对外签订合同时使用，可以在签约的范围内代表单位，单位需承受由此导致的权利义务;公章可以代替合同专用章使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三十二条规定，当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立。对于盖合同专用章和公章没有做出明确的限定。但这不说明使用合同专用章签合同生效，公章签合同不生效。
