法律分析：用人单位和劳动者签订的劳动合同上通常盖公章或盖合同章，劳动合同盖公章和合同章具有一样的法律效力，通常大公司有合同专用章，小公司没有合同专用章，用公司公章代替。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十六条 劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
