释义	依据我国民事诉讼法的规定，法院受理案件后审查案件后符合立案标准的，会在七日内立案，并且通知当事人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百二十二条当事人起诉到人民法院的民事纠纷，适宜调解的，先行调解，但当事人拒绝调解的除外。第一百二十三条人民法院应当保障当事人依照法律规定享有的起诉权利。对符合本法第一百一十九条的起诉，必须受理。符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内立案，并通知当事人符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内作出裁定书，不予受理告对裁定不服的，可以提起上诉。
