释义	同城快递服务时限不得超过24小时，国内异地快递不得超过72小时;同城快递延误时限为3日，国内异地快递为7日，国际快件为10日。当快件出现延误时，消费者可以视为快件丢失，要求赔偿，信件丢失按服务费2倍赔偿，包裹原则上按照保价实价赔偿，没有买保价的包裹将按照具体服务资费的5倍进行赔偿。法律依据：《快递暂行条例》第二十七条快件延误、丢失、损毁或者内件短少的，对保价的快件，应当按照经营快递业务的企业与寄件人约定的保价规则确定赔偿责任;对未保价的快件，依照民事法律的有关规定确定赔偿责任。
