如果说你是签订了正式的劳动合同。那么应该不会扣除上个月的工资。因为劳动合同上并没有注明你提前辞工，会扣除上个月的工资。如果因为你的辞工而扣了上个月的工资的话，你可以到劳动局申请劳动仲裁的。明显对方是违反了劳动法，劳动法会保护你的。
