释义	法律分析: 法定的产假期为90天。用人单位可以根据本单位实际情况对产假时间另行规定，但不得低于法定标准。如果因为特殊情况休假超过90天的，只要有医院证明就可以向单位请病假，但病假期间不能享受产假待遇。对于生育假期，国家劳动法有一个明确的规定就是不少于九十天。另外，每个地区对产假都有自己的补充规定。法律依据: 《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条女职工产假为90天，其中产前休假15天。难产的，增加产假15天。多胞胎生育的，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假15天。
