释义	法律分析：伪造的遗嘱可撤销。伪造的遗嘱不具有法律效力，存在欺诈或者胁迫等情形的协议或者遗嘱都属于可撤销的情形。也就是说，伪造的遗嘱，经过公证机关或者人民法院确认后，可以撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条 (一)无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。 (二)遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。 (三)伪造的遗嘱无效。 (四)遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
