释义	“通缉令”是由公安部发布的面向全国通缉在逃人员的命令。悬赏是对没有线索的案件悬赏线索。这两者的区别就是，通缉令是有明显的犯罪嫌疑人，是有对象的，而悬赏是对没有线索的案件悬赏线索。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第一百五十五条，应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
