问题	企业变更后的债权债务
释义	法律分析：公司变更后原公司的债权债务应该由变更后的公司全部承担。企业法人改变名称、住所、经营场所、法定代表人、经济性质、经营范围、经营方式、注册资金、经营期限，以及增设或者撤销分支机构，应当申请办理变更登记。申请变更登记，应当在主管部门或者审批机关批准后30日内，向登记主管机关申请办理变更登记。法律依据：《民法典》第六十七条，法人合并的，其权利和义务由合并后的法人享有和承担。法人分立的，其权利和义务由分立后的法人享有连带债权，承担连带债务，但是债权人和债务人另有约定的除外。
