释义	法律分析：承租人必须按照合同的约定使用房屋，不能私自改变房屋的用途。倘若需要改变的话，也应当事先征得出租人的书面同意。如果法律对该出租房屋有特别要求的话，还要征得主管机关的批准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零九条承租人应当按照约定的方法使用租赁物。对租赁物的使用方法没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，应当根据租赁物的性质使用。
