释义	法律分析: 一般情况下，在工作时间因为工作原因受的伤才算伤，休息时猝死是不算工伤的。工伤需要同时满足3个条件。第一个是受伤的时间为工作时间。第二个是受伤的地点为工作地点。第三个是受伤的原因与工作有关。显然休息时猝死不符合上述的条件。法律依据: 《工伤保险条例》第十五条如果在工作时间和工作岗位，突发疾病死亡或者在48小时内经抢救无效死亡的，可以视同为工伤。因此如果职工突发与工作无关的疾病导致死亡或者在48小时内经抢救无效死亡的，可以认定为工伤。
