释义	法律分析: 一方要解除保密协议的，可以和另一方协商处理，或者出现一方违约时，另一方可以单方解除保密协议。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
