释义	过斑马线不礼让行人处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。法律依据：《道路交通安全法》第四十七条规定，机动车行经人行横道时，应当减速行驶；遇行人正在通过人行横道，应当停车让行。机动车行经没有交通信号的道路时，遇行人横过道路，应当避让。第九十条规定，机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
