释义	法律分析：不能起诉解除同居关系，但因同居期间财产纠纷或抚养权纠纷起诉的，法院应当受理。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第三条当事人提起诉讼仅请求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。当事人因同居期间财产分割或者子女抚养纠纷提起诉讼的，人民法院应当受理。第二十二条被确认无效或者被撤销的婚姻，当事人同居期间所得的财产，除有证据证明为当事人一方所有的以外，按共同共有处理。
