释义	法律分析：表明放弃遗产继承，则不需要承担债务。继承人可以放弃继承，只要作出明确的意思表示即可，因此，放弃遗产的继承人公证时不一定要到现场，只要有书面的放弃继承申明书，有本人的签字或者盖章就行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示；没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示；到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
