释义	法律分析：合同最好是写有效期,合同的有效期就是指合同从生效到合同效力终止的这段时间。如果合同没有写有效期，合同的有效期截止到合同甲乙双方履行完合同约定的权力与义务后截止。一方违约，支付对方违约金后，合同截止；双方同意终止合同，合同截止。否则，合同在法定的时间内永远有效。法律依据：《民法典》第一百六十条，民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
