释义	法律分析：公司账户的钱转到法人账户并不一定全都违法，比如发工资或是借款应该都是可以的。但是一人公司很容易发生公司财产与个人财产的混同，这个如果账目不清，在发生债权债务纠纷的时候会很麻烦，在公司财产不够清偿债务的时候很容易追缴个人财产进行偿还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
