释义	法律分析： 1、用人单位克扣或无故拖欠劳动者工资的，除支付克扣或无故拖欠的劳动工资外，还应加发相当于克扣或无故拖欠的工资的25%的经济补偿金; 2、拒不支付劳动者延长工作时间工资报酬的，除支付加班工资外，还应加发相当于劳动者加班工资的25%的经济补偿金; 3、低于当地最低工资标准支付劳动者工作报酬的，在补足低于标准部分的同时，还需另外支付相当于低于部分25%的经济补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十七条本法施行前已依法订立且在本法施行之日存续的劳动合同，继续履行。
