一、城镇居民医疗保险
城镇居民医疗保险是以没有参加城镇职工医疗保险的城镇未成年人和没有工作的居民为主要参保对象的医疗保险制度。
二、职工医保转社区居民医保怎么办理
医疗保险作为社会保险的一个险种，在办理转移时，应与养老保险一同办理，具体流程如下：
1、在转入地就业并参保缴费。
2、由本人或者用人单位向转入地的社保经办机构填写《基本养老保险和基本医疗保险关系转移接续申请表》，申请转移接续养老保险、医疗保险，并出示原参保地开具的《基本养老保险参保缴费凭证》《基本医疗保险参保缴费凭证》。
3、对符合转入条件的，由转入地的社保经办机构向原参保地社保经办机构发送《基本养老保险、医疗保险关系转移接续联系函》。
4、原参保地社保经办机构收到联系函后转移基本养老保险和医疗保险关系，按规定转移基金，向转入地社保经办部门发送《基本养老保险、医疗保险关系转移接续信息表》。
5、待基金到帐后，转入地的社保经办机构凭信息表接续养老保险、医疗保险关系及个人帐户，并将办结情况通知用人单位或本人。至此，整个关系转移接续手续完成。
