释义	法律分析: 欠款人坐牢后，仍然需要偿还欠款。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十七条民事主体因同一行为应当承担民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任的，承担行政责任或者刑事责任不影响承担民事责任；民事主体的财产不足以支付的，优先用于承担民事责任。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百五十四条人民法院采取本法第二百四十二条第二百四十三条第二百四十四条规定的执行措施后，被执行人仍不能偿还债务的，应当继续履行义务。债权人发现被执行人有其他财产的，可以随时请求人民法院执行。
