释义	法律分析: 如果在履行合同时发现对方的经营或者财务状况出现了严重的问题，自己的履行很有可能得不到对应的履行，那么可以运用合同法规定的措施保护自己的利益。具体说，就是中止履行自己的义务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十七条应当先履行债务的当事人，有确切证据证明对方有下列情形之一的，可以中止履行： (一)经营状况严重恶化 (二)转移财产、抽逃资金，以逃避债务 (三)丧失商业信誉 (四)有丧失或者可能丧失履行债务能力的其他情形。
