法律分析：
不可以。收养人应当“未患有在医学上认为不应当收养子女的疾病”，主要是指精神疾病和传染病。精神疾病包括精神分裂症、精神抑郁症等有精神障碍的疾病；传染病包括我国传染病防治法规定的鼠疫、霍乱等甲类传染病，病毒性肝炎、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾、伤寒和副伤寒、艾滋病、淋病、梅毒、脊髓灰质炎、麻疹、白喉、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、猩红热、流行性出血热、狂犬病、钩端螺旋体病、布鲁氏菌病、炭疽病、流行性和地方性斑疹伤寒、流行性乙型脑炎、黑热病、登革热等乙类传染病，肺结核、血吸虫病、丝虫病、包虫病、麻风病、流行性腮腺炎等丙类传染病。对患精神病在发病期内的或者对患传染病在传染期内的，收养入应当暂缓收养。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零九十八条 收养人应当同时具备下列条件：
（一）无子女或者只有一名子女；
（二）有抚养、教育和保护被收养人的能力；
（三）未患有在医学上认为不应当收养子女的疾病；
（四）无不利于被收养人健康成长的违法犯罪记录；
（五）年满三十周岁。
