释义	法律分析：加的。二次入伍的时候，第一次义务兵的兵龄是作为累计的；但是只要当事人接到退役命令、未到地方民政部门报到的，那么就是连续的军龄。法律依据：《退伍义务兵安置条例》第十五条义务兵从兵役机关批准入伍之日起至部队批准退出现役止，为服现役的军龄，满十个月的，按周年计算。退伍后新分配参加工作的，其军龄和待分配的时间应计算为连续工龄。入伍前原是国家机关、企业、事业单位的职工，其入伍前的工龄和军龄连同待分配的时间一并计算为连续工龄，享受与所在单位职工同等待遇。
