释义	法律分析：对犯罪分子不予关押，不剥夺其人身自由。被判处管制的犯罪分子在服刑期间，不羁押在监狱、看守所等执行场所中，仍留在原工作单位或居住地，也不离开自己的家庭，不中断与社会的正常交往。对罪犯不予关押，是管制刑与其他刑罚方法的重要区别。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十八条规定判处管制，可以根据犯罪情况，同时禁止犯罪分子在执行期间从事特定活动，进入特定区域、场所，接触特定的人。对判处管制的犯罪分子，依法实行社区矫正。
