问题	只要赡养父母就能继承遗产吗
释义	子女对于父母的遗产有法定继承权。但赡养父母是子女的法定义务，与能否继承遗产无关。同时法律还规定，尽了主要赡养义务的继承人可以多分遗产，但是有扶养能力和有扶养条件的继承人，不尽扶养义务的，分配遗产时，应当不分或者少分。所以不赡养父母是有可能分不到遗产的。《老年人权益保障法》第十九条，赡养人不得以放弃继承权或者其他理由，拒绝履行赡养义务。赡养人不履行赡养义务，老年人有要求赡养人付给赡养费等权利。赡养人不得要求老年人承担力不能及的劳动。法律依据: 《老年人权益保障法》第十九条。
