家庭暴力有何标准

家庭暴力是指发生在家庭成员之间的，以殴打、捆绑、禁闭、残害或者其它手段对家庭成员从身体、心理、性等方面进行伤害和摧残的行为。父母对子女或者对自己的亲兄弟姐妹施暴也是家庭暴力。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》 第三条 家庭成员之间应当互相帮助，互相关爱，和睦相处，履行家庭义务。
反家庭暴力是国家、社会和每个家庭的共同责任。
国家禁止任何形式的家庭暴力。
