释义	犯本罪的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑;致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，是指造成我军人员重大伤亡，武器装备、军事设施和军用物资严重损失，直至战斗、战役失利等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百二十二条故意隐瞒、谎报军情或者拒传、假传军令，对作战造成危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑;致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
