释义	借款事前不可以被扣除利息。本金应该应以实际支付的数额，逾期利息的计算也是以实际支付的数额为基数，借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除，若已经扣除，债权人不得以借条中载明的借款为本金，应当以实际借款数额为本金。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条【借款利息不得预先扣除】借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
