释义	律师分析：非国家公职人员涉及基础设施建设、危房改造、家电下乡、扶贫救灾、征地补偿、社会低保、养老保险等民生资金专项款，在集中专项整治期间，主动上交违法所得款的，可直接到县农业银行上交。不主动上交的，将依法从严追究其责任。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十四条犯罪分子违法所得的一切财物，应当予以追缴或者责令退赔；对被害人的合法财产，应当及时返还；违禁品和供犯罪所用的本人财物，应当予以没收。没收的财物和罚金，一律上缴国库，不得挪用和自行处理。
