释义	法律分析：为了保证当事人的健康，同时确认他没有任何的传染病，所以才会在开庭之前要进行体检。因为部分当事人有可能涉嫌刑事犯罪，在开庭之后就有可能会被刑事拘留，所以要提前进行体检。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第一百七十八条人民法院依照民事诉讼法第一百一十条至第一百一十四条的规定采取拘留措施的，应经院长批准，作出拘留决定书，由司法警察将被拘留人送交当地公安机关看管。
