法律分析:
涉嫌职务侵占，但该罪是一个数额犯，需要达到一定数额才构成犯罪，得有证据证实累计达到数额才行呢。一般举证很难，所以就没办法了。单位可以向保安民事索偿，这个是可以的。保安私吞停车费的，是属于职务侵占的行为，不构成犯罪的情况下，给予治安管理处罚，构成犯罪的追究刑事责任。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》 第二十六条 有下列行为之一的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款；情节较重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款：
(一)结伙斗殴的；
(二)追逐、拦截他人的；
(三)强拿硬要或者任意损毁、占用公私财物的；
(四)其他寻衅滋事行为。
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百七十一条 职务侵占罪 公司、企业或者其他单位的人员，利用职务上的便利，将本单位财物非法占为己有，数额较大的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；数额巨大的，处五年以上有期徒刑，可以并处没收财产。
国有公司、企业或者其他国有单位中从事公务的人员和国有公司、企业或者其他国有单位委派到非国有公司、企业以及其他单位从事公务的人员有前款行为的，依照本法第三百八十二条、第三百八十三条的规定定罪处罚。
