释义	法律分析：对家中成员犯罪不举报不构成犯罪，但司法机关对犯罪亲属进行询问应当如实提供，不能隐瞒，也不能做伪证。否则，就可能涉嫌伪证罪。凡是知道案件情况的人都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者智力不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零五条在刑事诉讼中，证人、鉴定人、记录人、翻译人对与案件有重要关系的情节，故意作虚假证明、鉴定、记录、翻译，意图陷害他人或者隐匿罪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
