释义	法律分析：消费者要求食品生产者或销售者十倍赔偿的，一般有以下几种情况：1、经营者与消费者有约定，或者经营者向消费者作出承诺的如商家承诺“假一罚十”等、生产者生产不符合食品安全标准的食品的、销售者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十六条违反本法规定，造成人身、财产或者其他损害的，依法承担赔偿责任。生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品，消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款十倍的赔偿金。
