轮班制节假日算加班吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
算 法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于劳动者本人日或者小时正常工作时间工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。 一般休息日的加班可以安排补休而不支付加班工资，但是法定节假日的加班即使安排补休也要支付加班工资。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条 每周平均工作时间不超过四十四小时的，就不算作加班。单位不用支付加班费用。但法定的节假日除外。
