释义	法律主观：献血者用血政策： 1、献血者及其配偶、直系亲属临床用血时，可按照《北京市献血管理办法》中的下列规定享受免费用血优惠：（一）献血者自献血之日起十年内免费使用献血量五倍的血液，十年后免费使用献血量两倍的血液；（二）累计献血超过一千毫升的献血者终身无限量免费用血；（三）献血者的配偶、直系亲属自献血之日起十年内免费使用献血量等量的血液。 2、献血者捐献单采血小板的，本人及其配偶、直系亲属享受用血优惠政策时，献血量按照一个机采单位折合全血四百毫升计算。
