在外面租房屋，丢了东西，房东有责任吗

如果房东提供的房屋设施完好无损，且有物管提供服务，房东尽到了安全保障义务，则被盗后房东不需要承担责任；反之房东没有尽到上述义务，则在其过错范围内承担责任。因为出租人负有保障出租房屋和房屋内所附设施安全使用的义务。

《中华人民共和国民法典》
第七百一十四条 承租人应当妥善保管租赁物，因保管不善造成租赁物毁损、灭失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
第一千一百八十四条 侵害他人财产的，财产损失按照损失发生时的市场价格或者其他合理方式计算。
