释义	按社会保险法第十七条规定，单位职工因病死亡的，由养老保险基金支付丧葬补助金和抚恤金。具体标准目前全国并无统一规定，丧葬费一般为所在地区上年度职工平均工资的35个月，抚恤金（有的省市称救济金）为本人工资812个月，各省市规定不一，详见所在省市职工因病或非因工死亡待遇规定，或者咨询当地人社局。单位职工没有参加社会保险的，其死亡待遇由所在单位支付。
