释义	依据规定，因胁迫而缔结的婚姻不是无效婚姻,但属于可撤销婚姻。因胁迫而结婚，要是指婚姻关系中的一方当事人或者婚姻关系之外的第三人，对婚姻关系中的另一方当事人，予以威胁或者强迫，使婚姻中的另一方当事人违背自己的意愿而缔结婚姻关系的婚姻。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零五十二条，因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。
