释义	变造货币罪的主观方面是由故意构成，即行为人必须明知是货币并进行变造以增大面值或增多币量。变造货币罪的客观方面表现为变造货币，数额较大的行为。【法律依据】《刑法》第一百七十三条变造货币，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
