释义	一般不需要年检，有效期到期前30天内到发证机关（当地烟草专卖局）申请换证即可。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《烟草专卖许可证申请与办理程序规定》第十九条许可证有效期届满后仍需要继续生产经营的，持证人应当在有效期届满30日前提出延续申请并提交下列材料：（一）烟草专卖许可证延续申请表；（二）原许可证正副本；（三）工商营业执照副本；（四）审批机关规定需要提供的其他材料。申请延续零售类许可证时，还应当提交有效的房屋权属证明或房屋租赁协议。
