释义	生产防疫产品的工厂和买方因响应政府要求优先生产防疫产品供应医院而无法按期交付给其他普通买方的工厂和买方的合同，符合法律规定。工厂可以与买方协商延长交货时间。双方达成协议的，交货时间变更；双方不能达成协议的，可以协商解除合同。如果买方的合同目的因延期交货而无法实现，买方有权终止合同。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
