释义	法律分析：继承人、受遗赠人的债权人、债务人，共同经营的合伙人，也应当视为与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系，不能作为遗嘱的见证人。也就是说，如果想让代书遗嘱、录音遗嘱、以及口头遗嘱有效，遗嘱见证人必须不是我国法律规定的这三类人。否则，所立的遗嘱无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人： (一)无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；(二)继承人、受遗赠人；(三)与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
